Only suggestion.. take a number before doors open then people get seen fairly and in order of arrival. Some people are rude.

PS - this is a reflection only of the poor management and indifferent reception staff, not the doctors, who are generally excellent, professional and friendly.

11 months ago I gave this place 3-4 stars, today I take it back! This clinic does not rate even 1 star. I waited 2&1/2 hours today with a sick 4 yo child. Saw many patients go on ahead of us, the explanation being at this clinic we "triage" patients they say...if someone has trouble breathing etc they are seen sooner. Why aren't those patients just referred to hospital then? Is the Old Port Medical clinic an extension of a hospital now?? What a broken down system!!

I have been unwell with high temp for past 30 hrs. Now diagnosed with tonsilitis and ear infection. Saw lovely Dr Zollo. He told me off for driving but understood why. Receptionist was kind and caring.

Only down fall was the 15 people behind me who pushed in front of me and a lady in a wheel chair as the stairs are faster than the lifts.

Arrived just after 9am to get results of testing. Was advised of a wait time of around 1.5 hours (not a problem - normal and understandable with a walk in clinic).

Waited 2 1/2 hours here the other day just to get a script. The dr wouldn't make a repeat for me either meaning I have to come back again for another. Just because of the wait time I wont be back. It's a good idea in theory to have a walk in clinic but in practice it's a nightmare. Change to appointments and it's less stress for everyone. Peoples time is valuable, we don't want to sit in a waiting room with 50 people with all sorts of illnesses where we could potentially become even more sick than when we first arrived.

What is NOT understandable or acceptable in the least was that at 10:45, every single doctor in the clinic then went into a one hour meeting. There was no prior advice about this from the reception staff, and no apology given, no alternative provided etc.

I understand staff meetings are necessary but I cannot understand how you can suddenly close your doors with a full waiting room, and why no one thought it prudent to advise any of the patients what was going on until they actually went up and asked the reception staff. Terrible standards of customer service and care. Once I get my test results I will not be returning.

Over 3 hours in the waiting room after initially being advised that waiting times would be between 45mins-1hr. Was then met with indifferent & incompetent GP from whom you would expect a much faster waiting time considering how quickly he wanted to get patients out the door. The was no care or empathy & very little investigation into actual problem. Borderline negligence. Will not be back & recommending family / friends to do the same.
